We only teach realistic survival skills to help you and your companions in an emergency. We believe everyone needs these skills – regardless of age or experience. The skills you will learn save lives.
Any real survival situation will be confusing, shocking, frightening – it requires a structured and well trained response. For this reason we aim to 'hard-wire' your responses so you can enjoy real confidence in your ability and skills.
Of course we have fun as well because that's how you learn best – different courses have different levels of commitment.

C945 'Survival Instructor Award' – NCFE Level 4

This professional award takes place over all 4 seasons and is for people who wish to teach survival skills.

Already Instructing? SERE qualified? Contact us about a low-cost Accredited Prior Learning (APL) submission

Candidates must be highly self motivated and should be aware this course will involve performance assessment throughout.  We do however allow for a wide range of learning styles and have assessment methods which allow you to shine, including video diaries and practical projects.

When you pass, with greatly increased knowledge and self-confidence, your NCFE Certificate of Achievement will provide professional recognition for existing instructors and an entry point to the industry for new instructors.

We invite enquiries from individual candidates and from organisations interested in CPD opportunities for their staff. This Award is restricted to those over 18 years of age with appropriate relevant experience.

Survival & Tracking Seminars ft. Perry McGee (author of No Need to Die 2)

These exciting new day seminars from Duncan Clark and Perry McGee will enable many more people to learn about Survival and Tracking skills who may not have the time for a longer course.

Commencing summer 2011 they are a great way to gain an insight into these fascinating topics and will be fun, dynamic and packed with good information. We believe that a little knowledge is definitely better than none and encourage everyone to learn some survival skills which could save a life.

The seminars will cover a range of topics, including the classic PLAN-M survival approach to make sure you come out on top of any situation. Tracking skills will of course be a key focus of the seminars and you will be shown how to go about tracking - the 'tricks of the trade' as used by the worlds best trackers.

You will get plenty of ‘hands on' experience throughout the day and will have the opportunity to talk to us about further training opportunities if you wish to take your training further.
